Domiciliary Care Field Supervisor
Position: Domiciliary Care Field Supervisor
Location: Bristol, Bath, South Gloucester and surrounding areas
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500 per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Domiciliary Care Field Supervisor to join our growing domiciliary care team. You will support and supervise care staff in the community, ensuring high-quality person-centred care is delivered to clients in their own homes.
This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to service users and staff across the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field supervisions, spot checks, and staff observations
- Support and mentor care assistants
- Complete care plans, risk assessments, and client reviews
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Carry out service user assessments and introductions
- Monitor medication records and daily care documentation
- Respond to concerns, incidents, and safeguarding matters
- Participate in the on-call rota when required
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
Requirements
- Previous experience in domiciliary/home care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred
- Good understanding of safeguarding and CQC regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
